Item Descriptions & Authentication

While every effort is made to research and accurately describe each item in our collection, Kendyl's is not a professional authentication service. Descriptions are based on our best knowledge and research at the time of listing. Age estimates, material identification, and attributions are provided in good faith but have not necessarily been professionally authenticated unless explicitly stated in the listing. Minor imperfections, signs of age, and restoration may not always be noted in detail.

Purchases & Payments

  • All sales are processed through Etsy's secure payment system.
  • Payment must be received in full before items ship.
  • Sales tax will be applied according to applicable laws.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the unique nature of antiques and vintage items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly misrepresented in the listing.
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of both the item and packaging.
  • If an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented (e.g., modern reproduction sold as antique), you may request a return within 7 days of receipt.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping

  • Items ship fully insured for their purchase value.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
  • International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is used solely for processing orders and communications directly related to purchases.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Intellectual Property

  • All photographs, descriptions, and content related to Kendyl's are proprietary and may not be used without permission.
